THE HOUSE

The house is a huge 7 bed restored Victorian house. The living room and kitchen are big open plan spaces with lots of room for socialising/cooking. They lead out on to the garden, which is great for eating dinner in the sun.

The available bedroom is huge with a high ceiling, fireplace and big fitted wardrobes. There is a double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, desk, chair and chest of drawers.

There are 3 bathrooms, all with nice powerful showers and 2 baths. We also have a laundry room with 2 washing machines and a dryer.

The cost of the room is £499Pcm + around £49 bills for a total of £549PCM. The bills are split between the seven of us equally every month. Council tax, wifi etc are all included so there's no more costs.

ABOUT US

We're a fun group who like to hang out together in the social spaces, watch films, play board games, and go to odd pub quiz. A few of us climb together regularly and get out to the peaks when we can. We have a wide range of interests between us.

We are all young professionals (One phd student) aged 26-29. 2 guys and 4 girls.

We share communal kitchen stuff (pans, plates, cutlery etc) and have LOADS of everything. The landlord's cat, Robbie, also occasionally comes round to the house just in case you have any allergies.

LOCATION

We're a 3 minute walk from Ecclesall Road, where there's loads of restaurants, shops, pubs etc. We're next door to the Botanical Gardens, it's a 25 minute walk into town and only a 15 minute drive from the Peak District.

PARKING

There is limited free parking on the road, and it is likely you can get a parking permit from the council.
