We are currently looking for a new flatmate to take over my tenancy in a 3 bed house in Upperthorpe from end of December/early January.
Great location which is close to Infirmary road tram stop and Kelham Island. The house is super cosy, welcoming, and clean! Flatmates are two females who are lovely and hoping to welcome someone new to the house! There is parking at the front of the house and a garden. All bills are included except council tax (band A). I'm happy to cover the deposit so you would not have to pay this, and you would get £200 back when moving out!
