Student Tenancy Takeover: Double Studio @ The Moor

I've moved out of this room, and need a replacement student tenant to take over my contract. You'd be doing me a huge favour.

This reasonably priced ensuite room is the one of the property's "Superior Double Studio" and it is most definitely worth it. The ensured privacy and generous amenities have been so worthwhile during my stay. The location is premium, too, *directly* across from the front door of the building is a Sainsbury's and the building is situated right above the Moor. Don't worry about the noise, either, because the property doubles up on windows, which are very sound-proof and remarkably insulative.

The double-sized room has been perfect for finding myself and my independence, no reliance on other flatmates to do their chores, and only the main social spaces are shared with the building. The room has everything you need to live comfortably and independently. This specific unit is also directly across from the building's own gym.

It's really a great and reasonably priced premium, private, ensuite, and, as mentioned above, you'd be doing a stranger a real nice favour by taking over the tenancy. Be sure to get in touch. Thanks.
