Spacious cute room in a student housing!

Hi! I am moving out to move into a house with a bunch of friends which is why I am now searching for a flatmate who wants to movie into my nice room :)
It is located in a flat in a big student dormitory with multiple flats. The kitchen is very spacious with a sofa and a TV to have lots of movie nights with the other flatmates!
It only takes you about 15 min to Uni which you can easily walk every morning :)
I took these pictures directly from their website. As you can see, you have your toilet and shower so no worries about waiting or how dirty it would be!!
There even is a common room downstairs with a pool and books you can read and lend for free.
The room is fully furnished with a bed, a wardrobe, a desk with a chair and loads of drawers.
The other flatmates are also very nice and you will totally love it!

The only condition is that you would have to be a full time student! My contract is currently running until the 28th of December but you can easily extend it until July if you love it as much as I do! You would need to sign the contract directly with them which wouldn‘t be a Problem.
