Large bedsit-style double room available

This is a lovely quiet household. I am a live in landlady, living here with my 12 year old daughter and chihuahua. I am looking for a female housemate who is considerate and looking for a pleasant and peaceful place to live. We are female and I feel it’d be inappropriate to have a male tenant. The bathroom is shared however there is a separate toilet which is assigned for the room. All furniture is included and is new. Dogs welcome, unfortunately my dog doesn’t get on with cats. No smokers/ vapers and no meat eaters I’m afraid. I keep the kitchen beautifully clean and would love to find someone who holds the same values as me.
