Due to a change in my present circumstance I'm advertising to transfer my tenancy.

The room is in the attic and as such is well heated and warm being at the top of the house, it comes with a double bed, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, a desk and swivel chair. The furnishing are in good condition.

The lounge is equipped with new sofas and is an excellent communal space.

The house comes with 2 bathrooms, the middle floor has a bath tub as well.

There is a large kitchen diner, with 2 fridge freezers and a large chest freezer, the washing machine is also in this room. The kitchen is in excellent condition.

Most importantly the house is well situated only a 6 minute walk to the management school, a 7 minute walk to the main campus, an 8 minute walk to Goodwin sports centre and a 10 minute walk to the Wave building. There is also a small Sainsburys only a 2 minute walk away.

There is presently another room available in the house on the lower floor so if two people wanted to move in together it's ideal (although you would have to contact the landlord separately to arrange this).

The landlord is SNUG approved.
