Double room for rent in Crookes, Sheffield

Hi there, I'm looking for a housemate to fill the spare room in a terraced house in Crookes. Rent is £400/month. Bills aren't included in that (they're usually about £170/month for everything, including fibre internet). Council tax band A.

The double room has plenty of storage and natural light, with a desk area that's ideal for working from home. There's a comfortable shared living area, kitchen, bathroom and garden patio. Parking on the street is super easy (no permit needed).

The property is in an ideal location just off Crookes high street. There's a bus stop 1 minute's walk away, with regular services that will take you into town, and it's easy walk down to Kelham. Plenty of parks, cafes, bars, takeaways and shops within a 5-10 minute walk. We're close to the Peak district here, too - you can be at Burbage or Stanage edge in under 20 minutes.

I'm a full-time website designer and work from the office most days. I love hiking, climbing and reading in my spare time. I'm looking for someone in their 20s/30s that is clean and tidy and can pay bills on time.
