Take over tenancy - central location!

Large double room available in a great location close to the city center, University of Sheffield, shopping etc.
As I am leaving the apartment, I am looking for someone to taker over my tenancy until December 31st.
The room is quite large, has a double bed, a small couch, a desk and several storage closets.
The house is shared with 2 other people, with 1 more possible moving in. There is a shared kitchen with a dining table. There is a shared bathroom, and an additional toilet in the house. One of the other rooms has an en-suite bathroom, so the bathroom and toilet is shared with max 2 other people.
The house is in a quiet area just outside of the city center, with a 10-15 minute walk to the Univerisity of Sheffield. The tram is a 5 minute walk away, so transport to the entire city is very easy.
The term is fixed to end on December 31st.
