Room for rent in house share

I am a previous student looking to move out of my current home due to personal reason, I have a double room available in a house with three lovely female housemates. The house is clean and presentable and the tenancy will run until June 30th 2025. If you have any questions please get in touch,

There is on street parking with a resident permit required and the house is close to collegiate campus if you are at uni in Sheffield, and is just off ecclesall road which is a lovely area with lots of coffee shops and charity shops around. The council tax is split between all who live in the property coming to around £45 a month,

Attached is the room I am currently in however there are two other rooms available as another housemate will be leaving the property for work reasons and all rooms are lovely size and clean and tidy!
