Attic double bedroom available

I’m looking to fill the attic room in my house. The room has a small double and wardrobe in it, a large velux window and space for a desk. The bedroom and most of the house is south facing so it gets tons of light all through the year, great if you’ve got any plants or want to avoid SAD 🌱
