1 Bedroom Available to Student or Professional

One double bedroom in a 4-bedroom flat available on Glossop Road, a 5-minute walk from Morrisons, Sainsburys, Boots, and more. Close proximity to the University of Sheffield (15-20minute walk, bus stop directly outside of the apartment). Move in on 1st November or possibly sooner.
I am looking for someone to take my spacious double attic bedroom. It comes fully furnished with a full-length mirror, large wardrobe, chest of drawers, double bed, and side table. The bedroom is on the top floor and shares a bathroom with the other bedroom on the floor.
The rent is £435pcm, including electricity, the flat is in council tax band A, and bills (Wifi, gas, water, and council tax) are done separately and split amongst ourselves using Splitwise.
Your housemates will be three students: one full-time PhD student (F), one full-time Postgraduate student (F), and one part-time Postgraduate student (M). We do not mind if you are either a student or a professional. We are all clean and quiet individuals, who like to hang out with one another amongst our busy schedules. We aren't extreme party-goers, but enjoy the occasional night out. Everyone is amicable and respectful of one another's space, schedules, and routines.
Unfortunately, I work away during the week, so if you would like to view the flat in the week, you will have to speak/plan with one of the housemates.
