Convenient Student Accommodation for both unis

Hi, I want to find someone to take over my lease at Unite Student - West Hill hall. The contract is until January 2025 and can be extended to September 2025. You'll have your own spacious ensuite double bedroom, only sharing kitchen with 3 other flatmates. All of them are clean (1 rarely uses the kitchen).

The accommodation is located right in the city center (5 mins walk to the Moor market) and close to both Sheffield Hallam and University of Sheffield. It's also close to West Street with lots of good restaurants, pub and supermarkets. There are 2 Tesco Express and 1 Sainsbury within 3-5 min walk.

There is a communal area in the building with pool tables, TV, printers, study spaces and cinema room. There're weekly events as well if you're sociable.

I have dealt with Unite Student to arrange the payment in 4 instalments (usually for short-term lease you'll have to pay all at once) so it's more flexible in terms of financing.
