Become a member of the Marples Co-operative

The Marples Co-op is a tenant-run building on the corner of Fitzalan Square. It's extremely central, with 2 tram stops immediately outside, and a ~5min walk to the centre of town.

All bills, council tax, and broadband are included in the price.

Members can stay as long as they want, make any changes they like to the room, and vote on how to spend any surpluses.

We are currently looking for 4 new members in the Fourth Floor, a flat of 11 people with a shared kitchen. Every room has a private bathroom. The residents are in their 20s and 30s.

We are also looking for 2 new members on the Fifth floor, a flat of 4 people. The fifth floor is the quietest in the building, and the current residents are in their 30s and 60s.

All tenants are members of the co-op, and we ask everyone to pitch in ~10hrs per month to manage and improve the co-op.

All members also get free coworking at the Sheffield Hallam iLab, a 5min walk away.

We have an open house every Sunday at midday.
