Available from the 10th of Nov, I am looking for someone to takeover my remaining agreement until the 23rd of Jan.

The rent for November will have been paid, so your first 3 weeks of Nov will be free.

The apartment is a 2 bed 2 bath on the 3rd floor. It is 691sq. ft. unfurnished and includes a fridge, freezer, washer/dryer and dishwasher.

The apartment complex also includes a concierge and spacious lounge that is staffed 24/7 for studying, socializing with friends or attending the many events the staff organize such as movie nights, cocktail making classes, baking competitions and more.
There is a gym available from 6am - 10pm, bike lockup, roof terrace, courtyard and Tesco Express.
Parking is not available on the property, but many garages surround it with 1 across the street.
Pets are allowed.
Bills are not included.

You will need to pass credit checks done by the property to be considered, your total combined income should be £34,000 per year or you will need a guarantor (the property can also help provide you with one).

I am available for viewings until 9am or after 6pm on week days or any time during weekends.
