Available from the 10th of Nov, I am looking for someone to takeover my remaining agreement until the 23rd of Jan.

The rent for November will have been paid, so your first 3 weeks of Nov will be free.

The apartment is a 2 bed 2 bath on the 3rd floor. It is 691sq. ft. unfurnished and includes a fridge, freezer, washer/dryer and dishwasher.
