We are looking for someone to share our cosy and well-maintained house. The furnished room includes a bed, mattress, desk, chair, and wardrobe.

The rent covers council tax, water, and Wi-Fi. This single room is available in a beautiful home located in Crookes. The occupant shares a living room, bathroom and kitchen.

The house has a modern kitchen with a fridge, freezer, washer, microwave, toaster, and oven. A lounge, dining area, and garden are at the rear.

The house is less than 5 minutes from Sainsbury’s, Co-op, local shops, cafes, eateries, GP practice, dentists, and the post office. Additionally, there are convenient bus routes into the city centre.

Our housemates are friendly and quiet.

Rent includes council tax, water, and wifi. Electricity and gas are also included up to a certain limit, with any amount above the limit being shared and paid by housemates.

On-street parking is available, and there is plenty of free parking on nearby side roads. Full referencing, including proof of status, will be conducted.
