Tenancy Takeover- Ensuite room- bills included

Hi,

I'm looking for someone to take over my tenancy for an ensuite room in a shared apartment, suitable for both students and professionals. The rent is £108 per week, with all bills included except council tax. The payment is done installments of 3 months each. The contract is till August 2025.

The apartment features high-speed broadband, cycle storage, 24/7 security, and a reception desk to receive and store your parcels. Additionally, there’s a communal lounge equipped with a 37" TV, Xbox, and pool table.

Aspect 3 is ideally located for easy access to both of Sheffield’s universities—The University of Sheffield and Sheffield Hallam University.

Aspect 3 is designed to be a home away from home and includes:
- High-speed broadband to keep you connected with friends and family and assist with your university work
- Your own bathroom, so no need to queue for the shower in the morning
- A large bed, either three-quarter or double, for comfortable lie-ins
- A fully-equipped kitchen, including a microwave for quick meals and a dishwasher to keep the kitchen tidy
