Takeover rent: £900/month, bills not included
I would pay the difference.
The takeover rent is negotiable if you move in before Christmas. You will need to take over the remaining lease term, which ends on 24/09/2025.
Brook Place is only available for third-year undergraduates, postgraduates, and professionals. Students are required to pay the full rent upfront.
I will cover the £50 takeover fee.
