We are in the process of selling our house and moving to a new place. We would like to let out 2 of our bedrooms temporarily for a few months.
Our house is in Crookes but near Crosspool. Easy walking distance to the shops in Crookes, or Broomhill or Crosspool. It is also easy to catch a bus to city centre or bith universities or Royal Hallamshire Hospital.
Ideally we would like our lodgers to be independent, reliable, and considerate. No overnight guests, no pets and no party in the house. Strictly for non-smokers (no smoking or vaping). Each room is for single occupancy only.
We may have viewings for house sale at some point so we would appreciate our lodgers to be flexible for that and let us show the rooms. Available from mid-Feb but happy to discuss.
