Large double room, garden, chickens, wood fire

I'm a live in landlord who works away a lot. At the property are also a small quiet dog and some chickens in the back garden. Looking for a single or couple (rent would be adjusted if there's 2 people) who are on board with simple living (but not to extremes), and mutually respectful household. Loud music and parties wouldn't really suit the vibe. It's an end terrace, friendly neighbours, private parking, a mile from the hospital, bus links to Sheffield. There are 3 bedrooms, yours is the biggest, 2 toilets plus bath and shower. No TV but welcome to have one in your room. You can keep to yourselves or hang out and make friends with the dog and me, plenty of room to spread out. I'm away a lot, so there'll be times you have sole occupancy.
