Double Room with En-Suite in a 2 bed House

Hi there!

The double room is fully furnished with a double bed, mirror, clothes rail, bookcase, draws and desk (not pictured). It also has its own en-suite with a toilet, sink, bath and overhead shower. The room is south-facing meaning that it is bright and airy getting the sun for most of the day.

The kitchen and living room are shared spaces and there is a downstairs toilet for when guests are here. There is a shared courtyard style garden out to the back with a decked out area for our use. There is parking on the road but it is for permit holders only, there is often an available parking space close to the front of the house and we can help you apply for a permit which will cost you £111.60 for the year.

The house has a total of two bedrooms and the other room is used by me (Sarah) and my partner Mike, so not a large house share with multiple people. We are both professionals and tend to be out of the house most days with some days working from home. We are both pretty easygoing, laid back, and are both vegetarians but we don't mind sharing with meat eaters! Our friends and family come over from time to time and we are happy for you to have guests over too. We're looking for someone who is also easygoing, easy to get along with and happy to do your own thing as well as chat when we're around. We're often out of the house doing various things, or away at weekends, so you will more than likely have time by yourself in the house.

All bills are included, apart from a TV license, but you're welcome to purchase one. We have a cleaner that comes every other week (included in bills) and does the entire house, and it's up to you whether you want them to do your room and bathroom or not.

The house is located really close to all the universities and the city centre. We are a 15-minute walk to the train station (if that), and we are super close to Aldi, Waitrose and Asda. Nearby you can find the best vegan bakery-Lovely Rita's Bakehouse and great coffee shops like Kilnfolk. Abbeydale Road, Ecclesall Road, and London Road are a stone's throw away and are known for a variety of bars, restaurants and social venues.
