Hi there, I have a few options available, please read on and when messaging her me know your situation.

To explain, I have always rented out my spare room and co-lived but recently began to stay at my partners (daughters dads house most days. Now the plan is to rent out x2 bedrooms to two different people or preferably rent out the whole house to a single person or couple - prices vary so please get intouch.

Please note that having somebody who is respectful and who will clean the house is at the highest importance.

About the home: The home offers a fully equipped kitchen, a beautiful cosy lounge area with new sofas and the house is fully furnished. The place has a small area for a computer desk and is placed in a nice quiet culdisac.

There is a conservatory with a sofa bed and a lovely private newly renovated garden. Upstairs are two fairly sized bedrooms and a shared bathroom.
