Tell me more about the house you say?
Well, the kitchen diner is a fab space with large fridge freezer, dining table and chairs, tons of kitchen cupboard space, washer/dryer and new oven.

But what about the bedrooms? The most important bit, yes?


Room 1, £525pcm is a gorgeous ground floor room with tons of light and a great feel to it.
Room 3, £550pcm, is a fantastic first floor room overlooking the rear patio and allotments.
Both room are large enough to store all of your stuff as well as feeling warm and comfortable with their new carpets and ensuites.
They're a great place to relax after work and a comfortable place to live.

I need to work from home, is this manageable?
Hell yes, it is! We have a great router with super-fast Wi-Fi that reaches all over the house so there's no need to worry if you're far from them. It makes WFH easy to do. The bedrooms and kitchen diner are great spaces to work in.

Now onto the rent, what do you get?
Your monthly payment includes the rent, gas, electric, council tax, water, broadband and fortnightly cleaner (for the communal area).

So, who are the housemates?
Currently there are 2 lovely housemates, male and female, in their twenties. Both working professionals who met when they moved in at individual times. It's a great sociable houseshare who get on well with the kitchen diner to relax in.

This is not a raging party house - if a party house is what you're looking for then this is not the right place for you. If you're a friendly, sociable person who enjoys chatting to your housemates, enjoys a brew/glass of wine, keeps things clean and tidy and you are easy to get along with then you've just found the right place to live.
The available rooms won't be around for long so get in whilst you can.
You can meet the housemates at your viewing (if they're in, that is) and with your permission we can pass on your contact details so you can get to know each other. Everyone is over 20 so no freshers wanting all-night parties (as lovely as they are, they're not right for this space).
Everyone is expected to be clean and tidy in the communal areas and be respectful of each other. Not a lot to ask, is it?
Whether you want to socialise or not is up to you - your room is a great space for you to relax, and the communal area is somewhere to enjoy the TV and kitchen.

Tenancies are minimum 6 months which then go onto monthly rolling contracts to give you the most flexibility. 😃 We do in person viewings or live video call viewings via WhatsApp or Zoom if you're not in Sheffield.
