- Big Morrisons, Tesco and Aldi all within 5-10 mins drive.
- Lovely walking spots at Rivelin Valley around the corner and Damflask reservoir 5 mins drive away.
- Hillsborough Park is a 15 min walk which is having new centre being built this winter with tennis & padel tennis courts.

About Me 🙋🏻‍♂️
I occupy the bedroom on the middle floor and use the other bedroom as my office which also has a sofa bed which any guests you have stay are welcome to use.
I WFH most of the time but then can also have periods where I’m working away for days at a time.
I play a lot of football so I usually train two nights a week and then play both Saturday and Sundays so I’m out of the house quite frequently.

I am laidback person to live with, I just ask you’re respectful, clean and tidy.

- Council tax an additional £77 pcm.
