A beautiful large room in crookesmoor

Three of other nice housemates are all the PhD students. They are quiet, organized, and tidy individuals.

I will leave on 20th December due to the fieldwork outside of the UK, so I am looking for a female to take over to the next year.

This is a sharing accommodation with three girls, which included four bedrooms, and my largest room is £350 per month. We pay the bills once a month and split it evenly with the other housemates. （bills are around £60-100 per month）.

The house is located on Crookesmoor, just a seven minute walk from the Wave and a four minute walk from the management school building or Sainsbury’s local.

This room is the largest and most comfortable one, and it’s close to the bathroom, which makes it very convenient.
