Room in all girls 3 bed house (Crookes)

Very sadly, one of our lovely housemates is moving home so we have a double room available in our 3 bedroom house. The room is currently furnished, but if you have your own stuff, the previous tenant can remove her furniture.

The house:
The house is located on a quiet road in Crookes, ideal location for accessing both Crookes high street & Broomhill (and town thanks to bus links). It has a cosy living room and a separate kitchen. We have a washing machine but no dryer. We also have an enclosed patio/garden area behind the house. It's very close to a Sainsburys, Co-op, and greengrocer. We've already lived here for 6 months and we really love it.

Us:
Our names are Charlotte (25) and Isabelle (24). Isabelle is a young professional and I am a PhD student. We've known each other for a long time and have a really close friendly dynamic in the house. We often go to the pub together, and to events/gigs too, and often cook dinner together.

You:
Ideally someone with a 9-5 schedule, whether that be a masters, PhD study, or a full-time job. Someone looking to make some new friends would be great as we are close mates and often have friends over for dinner etc.
