Tenancy takeover

I am relocating due to a new job, which means my tenancy is available to takeover until end of June 2025 in this lovely large terraced house by Endcliffe Park.
The room is the largest in the house and on the ground floor. It is furnished with a double bed, desk, chair, wardrobe and two sets of drawers. There are also under bed drawers.
It’s a lovely and cosy house with great flatmates.
There is on street parking that requires a permit (approx £45 for a year), but there’s other roads nearby without a permit.
Only a 5 minute walk to Sainsbury’s, and 25 minute walk to the city centre, or lots of buses to choose from.
Suitable for postgraduate students and young professionals.
