Hi there I am taking a semester abroad so need to let my room out for the duration of semester 2. The house is located just of Ecclesall Road with a garden backing on to Endcliffe Park. Lovely area close to nice cafes, restaurants and shops, along with being accessible to both uni's. The other people in the house attend both Hallam and Uni Of Sheffield so stress on being outnumbered.
It is a social house where people will hang out in the communal areas often but there is no worry about house parties.
