1 Bedroom En-Suite in House Share

Hello! We have a room coming available in our lovely house in the next few weeks. The room has a king size bed, lots of space and an en-suite. I’m going back to Ireland for Christmas and moving on to Australia from there, so I’m looking for someone to take over my lease which lasts until July 2025. The landlords are amazing people (private landlords, no agencies to deal with) and they’re very happy with the arrangement.

Rent is £363 PCM + bills and council tax (band A).

We live in a lovely 3-bedroom house, sharing with 2 young professionals, Leon and Harry. They’re great guys, very easy-going and love climbing. The house is on a very quiet street with loads of free parking and friendly neighbours. There’s storage for bikes, luxuries like a tumble dryer and dishwasher. We’re looking for someone laid back and easy-going, who enjoys a bit of bantering.
