3 En-Suite Bedrooms House, one of the very few

Cozy small house recently renovated (finished in July), with 3 bedrooms, shared kitchen and patio. This house is one of the few in which all rooms are en-suite, so no necessity to share bathroom! It's very close to the Wave and the Diamond, less than 10 minutes walk for both.
Things not tolerated and to keep in mind before making a consultation:

- I do NOT tolerate being dirty or messy, being very clean in shared spaces is a must.

- I do NOT tolerate bad smells, it may seem something obvious but it's not.

- I do NOT tolerate loud noises / noisy people, you must respect there are other people living in the house.
