Double room available in 2 bed flat in Kelham

Hello!

I’m looking for someone to takeover the remaining 3 months of my tenancy in a very nice furnished, two bedroom apartment in Kelham Island, Sheffield (S3) shared with another flatmate (F/24)

The room available for rent has a queen size bed, a cupboard and a side tables . There’s a three piece bathroom outside the bedroom, which can be your own, since the other room currently occupied by the flatmate is an en-suite.

The living room is spacious and has a small balcony with a very pretty, lively view. The entire house is very well-lit and bright, with beautiful sunsets! (The photos are from when we first moved so a bit plain. Currently there’s a bookshelf, some plants and artworks that add more colour and personality to the flat.)
The kitchen includes a washer/ dryer, dishwasher, fridge and oven.

Bills are not included. But including council tax, WiFi, electricity and water, it comes up to around £150-200 per person, depending on usage of course.

With £450 rent and £505 deposit, there will be a £50 admin fee when starting the contract for 3 months (extension after that can be discussed with the current flatmate)

Move in dates are flexible but ideally start of February is preferred. Happy to have online viewings if needed and happy to chat further. :)

Location -

The Shalesmoor tram stop is right across the street and there’s another bus stop 2 mins away. There’s a gym 5 mins away, two Tesco’s 8-10 mins away and Aldi, BM, Iceland around 14 mins away - all walking distance. And obviously, there’s a range of independent food places nearby around Kelham.

A bit from the current flatmate -

“I’m a mad cat lady who loves hiking and goes on frequent walks with the Sheffield ramblers. I also love a cosy night in cooking and watching horror movies.

“I would love to be friends but if you’re someone who likes space - I’m happy to provide it to you as long as we communicate things about the flat.

“People are always welcome to visit the flat as I quite often have my own friends over for dinner.

“I also like having a tidy kitchen as I have coeliac disease (gluten allergy).”
