I've recently rented a lovely spacious 3 bed house in Hillsborough, after relocating from Brighton. I'm looking for a housemate who is used to sharing and who wants to live with someone. I like knowing there's someone else pottering around the house even if we're doing our own thing. A brew and a chat is also nice!
I'm new to Sheffield so would love to live with someone a bit sociable, with a sense of humour, although I have fairly wholesome habits like cooking, crafts and hiking so it would need to be someone not overly party / booze focused!
I'm currently temping as a high needs tutor and have mainly worked in social care / education.
The room is currently unfurnished, although I could source some furniture if that's an issue.
I have installed a new washing machine. There is no dishwasher, so you would need to be able to cope with washing up without one.
Rent is £625pcm including all bills (may be negotiable for the right person).
