Located next to a Sainsbury's local and 24 hr petrol garage. Also there is a co-op a 2 minute walk down the road and a bus stop with a regular bus service into Sheffield city centre.

There is a lovey large kitchen, also a large fridge freezer. There is a washing machine in the utility room.

There is a small back garden area.

All bills inc WIFI are included in the rent.

Current housemates 29-40 years old and ideally we would like someone a similar age to us. We enjoy watching TV together, There is a large TV in the living room with Netflix and Freeview and sofas to chill out on and watch a movie. Looking for someone quiet and respectful but also sociable. We are all on different schedules with work and try and keep noise to a minimum on a night/early morning.
