Large bedroom in a 3 bed flat *bills included*

Photos do not do the size of the room and flat justice. I am moving to a different city so will need someone to cover my tendency form earliest February 17th latest February 28th until the 30th June. Preferably looking for a female as I live with two girls. Sociable but one is working full time and one is in their final year of University so we are looking for someone who is similar. Would want you to come look around as I think it’s better than the photos and meet the other girls beforehand:) Also we have a cute cat who most the time stays in my flat mates room and you barely notice she is here, she is no bother and I am not really a cat person myself.
