We are 2 girls looking for a new flat mate as one of ours is moving away to live with her boyfriend in a different city! One of us have a cat who is really well behaved and really lovely. We keep our flat clean and like to chill in the evening most nights when not working or busy. We’d like someone to become one of our friends or be friendly and sociable.
The room is really big - shared bathroom with one of the girls.
Living room and kitchen is together but again it’s really big living area with a smart tv
Super close to city centre about 10-15 mins walk to the moor. 2 mins from bramall lane. Asda is 5 mins aldi is 10 mins walking
Council tax band C so £94.5 each as only I am a professional and the other girl is in her final year of uni
