Double room in 2 bed Kelham flat

I'm a PhD student in my final year, looking for a new flatmate, as my current flatmate is moving out at the end of our tenancy in March. As I'm in my writing up period, I would like to stay put in the flat, and renew my tenancy for 6 months for the remainder of my PhD (but you can renew this further with a new flatmate, if desired).

I will have lived in this flat for nearly 2 years in March. It is a newly built (~5 years) apartment complex, with decent sized bedrooms, and a good sized shared kitchen/lounge area, with a balcony. My bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, and as such, the new flatmate will have the "shared" bathroom as their own, i. e. no sharing of bathrooms! The bedroom comes furnished with a double bed, two bedside chest of drawers, and a wardrobe. There is space for a desk or other furniture!

Bills are not included, but at the moment, I currently pay on average ~£560 in rent and bills per month, but I do not pay council tax as I'm a student, so bear that in mind.

I'm looking for a flatmate who is friendly and somewhat sociable. Typically in the evenings, I like to watch TV/films on the sofa or go to the pub for a pint now and again. As a PhD student myself, I would be happy to live with a fellow PhD student, or a young professional or student.
