Bungalow Buddy!

Im Lesley, a 45 year old single lady, im registered disabled with an autoimmune condition and other health problems. I have a single/ small double room (pictures to follow), shared bathroom, lounge and kitchen. I also have 2 cats which are very interactive and will take interest so animal lovers only. I am a very chilled out person but young for my age and still enjoy going out, bbqs, travelling (illness permitting). I am looking for someone to help with the up keep of my bungalow, help with jobs, shopping, carrying ( struggle due to back problems)in exchange for low rent. I am looking to create a vedgetable patch possibly a green house. I live in front of a farmers field with a beautiful view, i have a decent size garden with decking and a summer house, south facing, insulated with electric, heating and my buddy can have access to. I will always respect someones privacy, space and expect the same in return. However i am looking for someone to create a good partnership, maybe occasional trip to pub ect. i think a meet in person would be best.
There is not off street parking but plenty of space, not an issue.
Area is quiet, close to 2 train stations Smokers welcome but must smoke outside . I am a vaper
Spare room is currently used to store things but will be moving them into loft. if preferred furnished, i can purchase, already has a wardrobe but can get bed, drawers ect
