You will have two large furnished attic rooms both with big windows that get plenty of sunlight, and blackout blinds for the night.

One room offers a double bed, to be used as a bedroom. The other room comes with a sofa that can be folded into an additional bed, and a television, with Acess to tv channels, to be used as a living area.

As well as this you will also have full access to the rest of the house, and the garden, which can be seen on the images.

The house is located in a lovely area, located equal distances from ecclesall and abbeydale road (10 min walk), so is ideal for shops and transport.

There is also a cat living in the house that can be seen on some images, so pet friendly people are preferred.

I work In a school Tuesday - Friday and am away on weekends quite often so you will have plenty of space, and the house to yourselfves fairly often.
