Double Room in Walkley, Sheffield

Hi, I'm a friendly, liberal mid 50's professional looking for one other person to share a terrace house in Walkley.

I'm an ex-climber who now enjoys walking in the Peak, pub quizes, films etc. I'm looking for one other professional or a mature student to share with.

I work from home as a software developer and I keep the house reasonably clean and tidy, so I'm looking for a quietish housemate who isn't too shy about doing some housework :)

The double room is reasonably large with a double bed, desk and two built-in wardrobes.

The house has a refurbished kitchen (newish fridge/freezer, washing machine and microwave), a new central heating system and full double glazing. There is also a fibre broadband connection. The bathroom has a shower.

The back door has an electronic cat flat and I'm happy to share with someone who has a cat.

It's a 3 bedroom terrace and there will be just the two of us living here (i. e. me and the new tenant), so we'll have a spare bedroom.

There's a small garden / yard at the back of the house with a table and chairs and barbeque for use in the summer.

There is plenty of free parking nearby and the house is located 30 minutes walk from the universities and city centre.

Rent is £325 per month (excluding biils) with no deposit required. The room is available from 28th February.

We'll share all the bills and council tax. Currently the bills (gas, electricity, water and broadband) average about £125 per month per person and the council tax is currently £75 per month per person.
