Double Room in Hunters Bar S11 Shared House

Hi!
We are looking for a young professional/masters/PhD to join our homely house in Hunters Bar.

We are a fairly introverted but friendly and laidback household - we have good chats together and enjoy having meals together and going out occasionally. We’re also friendly with the 3 houses next to ours who are also mid 20s to 30s in age and LGBQT friendly, which is a really nice perk. Our house is mostly vegetarian but we don’t mind if you aren’t!

Myself and the other two housemates work/study in Sheffield.
As a house we have individual interests including politics, history, nature, conservation, languages, live music, running, cooking, dogs, climbing, sharing music/TV shows/films with each other.

The room available is on the second floor, overlooking the front of the house with nice views over Sheffield. It's fully furnished with a double bed + mattress, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside drawers, desk and chair.

There is (non-permit) on street parking with a garage under the house for storage. I have a car and don't usually to struggle to park (sometimes might just have to go a very short distance from the house).
The steep garden at the back has a patio where the neighbourhood cats are often wandering through.

The location is great with the pubs, restaurants and local shops of Eccy Road and Sharrow Vale Road nearby, and Endcliffe park just around the corner. The city centre is about 30 mins walk and the Peaks are just a 10 minute drive in the opposite direction.

The rent includes council tax but not internet, water or energy which we pay separately (approx. £70pm). The room is available to move from 15th December and you're welcome to come and view the house and ask any questions. If you're interested please get in touch ASAP.
