Tenancy takeover needed for a spacious studio in the heart of Sheffield over the 25/26 academic year.

I stayed in the same type of studio in the 2024/2025 academic year and had a wonderful experience, the shared amenities (including a gym, a pool table and a lovely terrace) are superb and the apartment itself is perfect for student living, all within walking distance of the universities.

This is a forty-four week contract. This kind of room is in high demand and is fully sold out on the LIV website. BILLS ARE INCLUDED IN YOUR RENT.
