The rent includes Council Tax and great WiFi. Water and electricity are not included but work out about £90pp a month.
The flat is ideally located in Sheffield's city centre, with the nearest tram stop 2 minutes away and the train station 10 minutes away. UoS students' union is 15 minutes away. The flat also comes with one free car parking space, the current tenant does not use this.
The flat is on the top floor and has so many windows, it basically glows when the sun is up. There's a roof terrace that wraps around the flat and is perfect for drinks on a summer evening. And there's plenty of space if you'd like to grow plants!
The ideal flatmate would be up for making friends and socialising every now and then, and is clean and tidy. You'd be taking over a tenancy towards the end of a year long contract, which ends 7th August 2025. If you sign on to this flat now you will have "first dibs" to sign on for another year until August 2026 if this suits you.
The current flatmate works full time in support work, working a rota of 3 weeks of day shifts and 3 weeks of night shifts.
