📍 Location: S10 2BS - 10 minute walk from collegiate , 15 minute walk to city campus.
🏡 Housemates: 3 Sheffield Hallam students (all 18-19)
🛏️ Room: The room is furnished. There are two bathrooms in the house which are shared between 3 other people. As well as a big kitchen, 2 living rooms and one big garden which is shared with two other households
💰 Rent: £513.40 per month (that includes the bills package)
📅 Move-in date: 4th July 2025 - 26th June 2026
