The room available for rent is a large attic double en-suite room with a built in wardrobe. This large room is impressive in size and can almost be described as having two parts - the bedroom and couch area. Additionally items can be stored in the spare room or the cellar of the house. The rent of £600 per month is inclusive of all bills including ultra fast broadband internet (100mbps). There is ample free on-street parking.
The communal area is a well-sized open-plan kitchen/ dining/living room complete with a 65 inch mounted TV loaded with Netflix. The kitchen has enough space for multiple people to be cooking in at one time and the skylight allows plenty of natural light in during the day.
