Brand new double glazed window, roof insulated and brand new radiator fitted. Plenty of storage.

You will be living with myself, the landlady and 2 dogs (shihtzu and a Westie) 2 musk turtles

Heeley is in close proximity to the city centre. You can walk or get a bus easily into town. On street parking is available. There are plenty of open spaces too if you have a dog. Plenty of lovely traditional pubs close by aswell.


This room is only suitable for 1 adult and a well-behaved dog if you have one., No couples unfortunately.
A little about me. I enjoy chilling with a good netflix ( ❤️crime shows) but also enjoy socialising, playing and watching football, listening to live music, dancing (Old Skool 90s) walking, creating art, cooking and Muay Thai boxing. My previous housemate was lovely and respectful, so looking for someone who enjoys having their own life but also enjoys sharing experiences together from time to time. I AM IN NO RUSH.
Preferred housemate:

In employment or a mature student. If you work. remotely can sort a desk for you in the small single room situated on the middle floor or a desk can be put in your room.

Someone who may work all week but goes home at the weekend. (I could reduce the rent for someone like this)

Quiet and respectful. If you have a well behaved dog that is 👌 no cats, unfortunately. You can smoke but only outdoors not in the property

Respect the house we both live in. This is your house too 😊. There are some light cleaning duties to be done every couple of weeks (bathroom, kitchen and living room but this is shared. I like a clean, tidy house.

Must enjoy the company of 2 dogs. This is their home. Benji the shihtzu loves cuddles and Maggie the Westie is very much independent and a dog version on a hoover if and when any crumbs drop.
