Double room available in lovely 2 bed house

Spacious attic room available near Endcliffe Park, close to Hunter’s Bar and a couple of minutes from Sharrowvale road.

£487.50 per month (£975 between the two of us)- bills not included.

The house comprises of kitchen, dining room, shared living room, bathroom, 2 bedrooms, office and a lovely garden out the back. The double bedroom comes unfurnished - there was a wardrobe that we asked if the landlord could take away for us, but I’m sure he’ll be happy to bring it back if you need. So you would need to provide a bed, mattress and any other furniture you would like in your bedroom. The rest of the house has been mostly furnished by myself.

Looking for someone who is clean, respectful and friendly. I would love housemate who is up for a chat, joining for a movie night, group dinners or games but also respect balancing that with being considerate of whenever we need time to ourselves.

You will be sharing with just myself. I’m an illustrator and graphic designer who currently works at home. There’s an office room in the house that I use for work, so if you also work from home i’d be happy to work out an arrangement so we can both use the space.

I’m a relatively social, easy going person who love to draw, read, cook, play games, get outside in nature, listen to 6music, watch films and go to the pub with friends. I love collecting little trinkets, plants and really love making this house feel like a cosy home.

Landlord is a private landlord who has been very communicative and helpful when bringing any issues with the house to his attention.
