All bills are included in the rent, and you’ll be able to use the residents’ gym, lounge, co-working space and plant-packed courtyards. There’s also regular resident events, including chilled movie nights, wine & cheese tasting, pottery painting, and more!

Both bedrooms in this ground floor apartment are a great size, and come with built-in wardrobe, bed and bedside table. One of the bedrooms comes with an ensuite with shower. The main bathroom has a bath. This home is fully furnished with super comfy Scandi-designed HAY furniture, which is sustainably and ethically made and contains no noxious chemicals.

The kitchen is kitted out Bosch appliances, including induction hob, oven, dishwasher and fridge freezer. There’s a washer-dryer. The open plan living space has a dining table and chairs, big sofa, coffee table and tv stand.
