Room available in house in Walkley

Hi there, my name is Alistair and I'm looking for a friendly person to fill my housemates room from May/June (quite flexible).

A bit about myself:
I am a clean, tidy 27-year-old male and enjoy socialising but appreciate personal space when it's needed. I love the outdoors, am a keen mountain biker and climber and most other outdoor sports. I also enjoy the odd gig and festival. Therefore I'd love to find someone else of with similar interests to share the space with, can cook with etc. I’m an engineer full time in Sheffield, and in the summer months spend plenty of weekends travelling around the country in my van.

A bit about the house:
- An average sized first floor double room in a 3 bedroom house. There is an open-style kitchen/living room on the ground floor with a cellar beneath.
- There's small single room that's currently used to store bikes etc. and I'm more than happy to discuss the use of this as an office or something similar.
- Decent sized garden which gets a lovely sunset.
- The house is rented on a monthly rolling basis, rent is £337.50pppm and bills are generally about £100pppm including council tax, internet, water, electricity and gas.
- I just need to get some pictures sorted, but if you'd like any or other details in the meantime do let me know!

I am also open to the idea of moving into a vacant room in another house if one is available.
