Tenancy takeover in Crookesmoore, Sheffield

We are 3 friendly medical students in our 3rd year. We're a really chill bunch who enjoy going on adventures outdoors as well as having a nice night in or at the pub.

We are looking for someone to take over a tenancy starting 1st July 2025. Ideally we would like a female student in their 20s.

The house is based in Crookesmoore. There are shops and pubs a 5 minute walk away and the main university buildings are around a 15 minute walk. We also have good access to public transport with nearby bus stops.

The house has an open kitchen living room and has 2 toilets, one with shower. The room comes with an additional storage cupboard outside the door.
