Hi, I’m looking for a full-time student to take over my tenancy for the 25/26 academic year. We currently have 4 girls living in the property, however myself and one of other girls have decided to commute for our final year! We love a clean house, and enjoy staying in for film and takeaway nights - although the occasional night out is always fun! We are all healthcare students, so you may find us in our rooms studying a lot. Please be aware that there is a void period on the property between August 18th to September 15th 2025 due to renovations being made.
