The house has 1 living room, 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom, 5 beds and an office. There's a washing machine and dishwasher.

There are 2 single occupants currently.

We're all clean and tidy, enjoy each other's company and are active people.

I'm looking for someone who is friendly and very clean.

Bills are included, council tax is not (Band A - the cheapest).
